We’re delighted to be working with a fantastic children’s charity who are looking for a Supporter Operations Team Leader to join their team. You’ll manage and coordinate the work of the Supporter Operations/Supporter Relations team to ensure a high-quality service is provided to their supporters. You’ll train your team, whilst also coordinating the workload of the team as well as working collaboratively within the organisation to identify opportunities to improve supporter stewardship.
You’ll be the first point of contact for questions on processes and complex queries within the Supporter Operations team, as well as manage the day to day running of the quality assurance programme in the Supporter Relations team. Experience of leading a team is essential for this role as you will be line managing 4 direct reports and being the go to person for any queries and concerns.

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000
