We’re working with a wonderful health charity who are looking for an Imports Manager to join their team. You’ll deliver existing and new imports to support the charity, ensuring these are developed and run in a timely manner. You’ll take initial meetings for new imports and where changes are required to existing imports, whilst also scheduling import work requests as they come in. You’ll keep stakeholders informed on the progress of imports and identify and suggest process improvements.
You’ll work effectively with a number of teams across the charity, managing key relationships with the Digital team to ensure web forms and imports remain aligned. You’ll maintain an understanding into the process of building and maintaining import profiles. You’ll also have line management responsibility of 2 Senior Database Officers, setting weekly tasks and reviewing progress, leading the Imports team to help them develop and holding regular 121s.
