We’re pleased to be working with a fantastic education charity who are looking for a Data and Process Analyst to join their team. You’ll establish business processes and identify improvements to both processes and systems utilising their CRM system, whilst working with all teams to document their operating processes and procedures. You’ll support the development of procedures to ensure the effective operational management of the CRM and other systems.
You’ll also work with the Business Analytics team to understand and document data processes and work with the wider team to identify and agree solutions for the reduction in manual processes. You’ll work with colleagues, key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver projects for the Digital and IT team, as well as establishing an overarching change control policy to work across all IT areas and systems, including creating a procedure for change requests to be submitted.
