We are working with a great charity based in North Devon to recruit their next Outdoor Activities and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will have previous experience managing this type of function and will hold an Instructors qualification.
Main duties for the Activity and Ops Manager:
Management and development of operational and activities staff
Plan and execute a range of outdoor activities and events
Prepare and complete external inspections including AALS, AHOEC, BC
Audit and maintain equipment, reporting and recording information
Presenting to external and internal groups
Promote activities and services via a range of platforms
Previous experience of working in an outdoors activity setting
Risk and management experience
Excellent communication skills
