Supporter Care Officer

We are recruiting a Supporter Care Officer for a wonderful charity based in Birmingham, this fantastic health charity is seeking temporary support on an ongoing basis until December. You will be handling supporter enquiries, processing donations and thank you letters. This is a varied role, working with various internal stakeholders and supporters.

Main duties for the Supporter Care Officer:
Processing donations and sending out thank you letters
Handling enquiries from supporters
Supporting the fundraising team with administration
Handle online chat provision
Manage online fundraising pages and facebook

Essential criteria for the Supporter Care Officer:
Excellent supporter/ customer care skills and experience
Strong administration and numeracy skills
Proactive and organised approach
