Senior Stewardship & Journeys Executive

We are excited to be working with Sue Ryder who are searching for a Senior Stewardship and Journeys Executive. Sue Ryder ensures that everyone approaching the end of life or living with grief can access the support they need, and this is your opportunity to work for a truly purposeful organisation.

In this brand-new role, reporting to the Supporter Journeys and Stewardship Manager, you’ll shape and build new strategies that will strengthen relationships with key internal and external contacts. You will develop compelling stewardship communications, analyse data to enhance supporter engagement, and play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the team.

To be successful in the role of Senior Stewardship and Journeys Executive, you will need: 

  • Significant experience in a stewardship, supporter experience/ journey role – relevant commercial sector experience will also be considered
  • Expertise in all aspects of successful supporter communications and journeys
  • Strong analytical mindset and approach, capable of identifying key issues and opportunities in data sets and performance results

Salary: £30,000-£40,000
Contract: Full time (flexible considered)

Location: London / hybrid
