We’re delighted to be working with a sustainability charity who are looking for a Senior Customer Services Officer to join their team. This is a relationship led role where you would be responsible for providing an excellent customer service for their members. You will be a proactive problem solver who is able to champion a customer focused approach both internally and externally.
The charity is looking for someone who is able deliver an excellent customer service, whilst also being able to successfully manage relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail who can thrive in a fast paced environment.

Salary: £26,000 – £28,300
