Research and Operations Lead Full Time Permanent

A fantastic health charity are looking for a Research and Operations Lead to join their team. You’ll lead on prospect research and pipeline management across the Philanthropy and Partnerships team. You’ll develop a clear strategy that focuses on sourcing prospective donors as well as overseeing and enabling excellent stewardship. You’ll design and implement innovative and data driven strategies for prospect research, design and implement technical solutions and provide critical analysis of fundraising and prospecting activity.

You’ll align prospect research to fundraising priority projects, using knowledge of prospecting and existing portfolios to influence projects and create new projects with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll develop new strategies to recruit and steward senior volunteers, enabling the organisation to achieve strategic goals. You’ll line manage 2 people in this role, setting clear objectives and providing support where necessary.

You will need:

• Experience working in stewardship, high value fundraising and prospect research
• Experience of executing long term goals and thinking strategically
• In depth knowledge of databases, GDPR and fundraising compliance
• Analytical, outcome and delivery focused, with a track record of stewardship and supporter engagement
