A wonderful health charity are looking for an ICT Support Analyst to join their team. You’ll provide technical support to over 100 staff members and assist in developing their IT knowledge. You’ll run all onboarding and induction sessions for new users, training new users with their use of Office 365 tools and the telephone system. You’ll manage requests coming into the team via email, phone and Teams, whilst also maintaining user guides and ICT process documentation.
