We’re working with a wonderful hospice charity who are looking for a Head of Public Fundraising to join their team. You’ll lead on the Public Fundraising strategy development and delivery, maximising opportunities across the team and the wider directorate. You’ll be data-led in reporting and decision-making, championing the importance of Public Fundraising and leading a team of 6 line reports, as well as having responsibility for an income budget of c. £2.4 million.
You’ll oversee the Individual Giving, Events and Community fundraising portfolios, ensuring that growth is sustainable, data-driven and supporter centric. You’ll also lead on the annual activity planning and budget setting for Public Fundraising, working closely with a number of teams across the charity. You’ll provide leadership, direction and support to the team, ensuring team objectives and targets are met.
You will need:
Salary: £48,174 – £52,590
Location: Hybrid working, occasional presence in Romford office.
Contract: Full-time, Part-time (minimum 3.5 days) hours considered
