We are working with a fantastic charity to recruit their next Data and Supporter Care Manager you will be managing a small established team that delivers excellent customer care and detailed database management and analysis.
Main areas of work for the Data & Supporter Care Manager:
Segmentation, insight and analysis
Data governance and integrity
Monitor giving and attrition rates
Gift Aid management
Deliver training and support to users of the database
Line manage and develop a team
Essential criteria for the Data & Supporter Care Manager
Previous experience of managing a database
Experience of managing crystal reports
Knowledge of supporter care
Excellent communication skills
