We’re working with a fantastic health charity who are looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join their team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving and delivering the next phase of their CRM development programme. Through developing the use of their new CRM database, its configuration, and associated processes, the charity is aiming to drive growth in their fundraising, campaigning, volunteering and services activity.
You’ll lead on business analysis, test new activities and implement new database processes to continuously improve the CRM solution. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, in particular colleagues in the Data team to comprehensively test, document and implement the solutions you’ve designed.
