We are working with a fantastic humanitarian charity based in Leeds to recruit their next Supporter Service Manager, the charity is going through an impressive state of growth and as such are looking for a manager to come in and evaluate their supporter journey and administration processes. You will have previous experience within fundraising or supporter care and will have a keen interest in CRM and data practices, you will have a passion for delivering first class supporter care.
Main duties for the Supporter Services Manager:
Evaluate and review supporter journeys
Support CRM migration
Lead and develop a small, committed team
Investigate and be aware of emerging trends
Lead on new ways of working and campion excellent supporter care
Previous experience within supporter care or fundraising
Interest in data and digital processes
Experience of redesigning and evaluating processes
