We’re working with a wonderful children’s charity who are looking for 2x Supporter Relations Executives to join their team, one full time and one part time, on a 5-6 month basis. You’ll provide a high quality supporter experience via telephone calls, emails and letters, ensuring every communications adds value for the charity’s supporters. You’ll handle inbound queries via a range of channels, taking a proactive approach to improving the supporter experience.
You’ll participate in a number of telephone campaigns, supporting the fundraising team to handle any queries. You’ll collect supporter feedback and contribute to product and fundraising development by liaising with internal teams. You’ll also process individual and batch updates to the charity’s Salesforce CRM database, regular maintaining data.
