We’re delighted to be looking for a Supporter Development Manager to join the incredible One25, a Bristol-based charity supporting women to move from crisis and trauma towards independence in the community.

As Supporter Development Manager, you will lead One25’s supporter development programme through a pivotal stage of growth, working with the Fundraising & Communications Manager to shape the income growth strategy and grow the supporter base.  This will see you leading stewardship efforts and developing the individual giving and community fundraising programmes to nurture and maintain long-term supporter relationships.

  • Excellent written communication skills, ensuring tone and language are tailored and appropriate for the audience
  • Ability to manage a high-performing team, setting strategies and goals for self and others
