We’re working with a wonderful homelessness charity who are looking for a Supporter Care Officer to join their team. You’ll manage all interactions with existing and prospective donors via multiple channels, ensuring they are given an excellent individual experience. You’ll deal with enquiries via phone, email, letter and social media, managing the shared supporter care inbox and handling complaints in a sensitive manner in line with the charity’s policy.
You’ll support the delivery of strategic projects within the supporter care team and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a joined up approach to fundraising efforts. You’ll keep up to date with new sector regulations and ensure Supporter Care processes are up to date, accurate and efficient.
