Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Events) Contract Full Time

We’re working with a fantastic health charity who are looking for a Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Events) to join their team on a 12 month FTC. You’ll be vital in engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders, delivering new concepts that promote events and fundraising. You’ll implement robust supporter and volunteers recruitment plans, including challenge event participants and community fundraisers.

You’ll successfully implement and deliver supporter journeys across fundraising streams for key audiences, increasing conversion, income, retention rate and gift values. You’ll manage a challenge events portfolio, as well as leading on the development and delivery of the charity’s training days and post-event receptions.

You will need:

• Good knowledge of mass-market fundraising
• Proven ability to steward supporters
• Experience with event management and delivering on-day event logistics
• Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
