We are delighted to be working with a wonderful healthcare charity to recruit a Programme Executive, this role is working within the charity’s corporate partnerships team and is supporting on one of their large programmes. You will have excellent coordination skills and ideally some experience within logistics and project support. This role is a maternity contract and will last for a duration of 6-12 months.
Main duties for the Programme Executive:
Producing content and materials for the programme and members
Coordinating and managing events
Providing agendas, documentation and resources for external audience
Act as the first point of contact for the team
Provide stats and reports on expenditure
Process invoices and liaise with the finance team
You will have:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong administration and MS office experience
Project support experience
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
