Programme Development Officer Permanent

This is a particularly exciting time to join the organisation, as they are expanding their team to help reach their ambitious 5-year strategy that will grow income, expand geographic footprint, and enable an even greater impact for women entrepreneurs worldwide.
As part of the role, you will maintain and expand the organisation’s success rate in fundraising from institutions and foundations, working closely with the Programme Development Manager and other members of the programmes team. You will identify new opportunities and funding sources, converting these from initial prospects to secured funds.

You will need:

• Demonstrable experience in securing or supporting successful asks from different types of institutional donors
• An in-depth understanding of proposal management, including prospecting, project design, and proposal writing
• Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, with a keen sense for reading others’ personal motivations
• Able to manage multiple demands and complete tasks to deadlines, by prioritising a fluctuating workload

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Contract: Permanent Full time
Location: Hybrid, Home working plus 3 days in London
