We’re working with a fantastic charity who are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their team on a 2 year FTC. You’ll work with the project team and business stakeholders to establish requirement for universal functions and processes of the new core CRM platform. This will involve gathering use cases from technical and non-technical subject matter, identifying and illustrating data design problems and presenting options to technical solutions.
You’ll translate the requirements into the build phase, mapping and documenting processes and system requirements, ensuring these are fit for purpose for use by Development teams. You’ll create data dictionaries and glossaries, as well as supporting the design of test scripts for both QA and UAT testing. You’ll also support through the project implementation phase, providing system and process design, data flows and associated documentations for end user guidance and training.
