Individual Giving and Supporter Care Assistant Full Time Temporary

We’re working with a wonderful charity who are looking for an Individual Giving and Supporter Care Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. You’ll process donations (cash, credit/debit card, standing orders, direct debits), liaising with the finance team as appropriate. You’ll manage the Gift Aid checking, as well as responding to donor and general enquiries via telephone, post and email. You’ll ensure the database if kept up to date and accurate, whilst also recording Legacy and In Memory income.

You will need:

• Experience in an office environment
• Experience using a database or similar system
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A keen eye for detail and time management skills
