We are working exclusively with a grant giving trust to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day office function as well as supporting their CEO and board.
Main duties for the EA/Office Manager:
Extensive and complex diary management
Minute taking and agenda setting
Board and committee support
You will have:
Previous experience supporting at CEO and board level
Excellent communication and writing skills
Problem solving skills with the ability to work from work initiative
