Database Officer

We are proud to handling the recruitment of a Database Officer for a leading health charity, sitting within their experienced and collaborative database team, you will lead on the delivery of import processes.

Additionally, you will be managing the administration of direct debits, making sure income is accurately coded and processed. You will manage the shared inbox and be the first point of call for all database queries, so will need excellent communication skills. You will run regular audits, ensuring data is held in the highest of quality.

To be an excellent Database Officer you will need:

  • Experience of managing relational databases, ideally raisers edge
  • Strong understanding of data protection guidelines including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Experience of handling the administration of regular giving income

Salary: £28,000- £32,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote or Hybrid working
