We’re working with a wonderful environmental charity who are looking for a Data Management Project Manager to join their team on a 6 month FTC. You’ll enable the delivery of strategic priority projects for the Data Management team, as well as providing support to ensure that BAU continues effectively and efficiently. You’ll oversee a variety of projects, including projects to establish a process for re-presenting failed Direct Debit and reducing the time between membership sign up and Direct Debit payment.
You’ll deliver effective data quality checks and cleaning in preparation for data migration, also enhancing gift aid and membership processing. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to understand business requirements and work with CRM colleagues to implement solutions. You’ll be a key point of contact within the Data Management team and deliver BAU as required.
