We’re working with a membership body who are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. You’ll ensure all contracts adhere to the College’s wider legislative policies and requirements, whilst improving, developing and managing an end-to-end process of contract issue, providing contract management for the college. You’ll oversee approximately 700 contracts, managing and maintaining an accurate contracts register, amending contracts and communicating as they are due to expire.
You’ll provide specialist advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on standard contract terms, implementing an ongoing training process for colleagues across all sites on the process of contract management. You’ll prepare monthly reports on volume, contract status, values and extent of consultant use. You’ll also assist the Senior Procurement Manager with projects and deputise for them as and when required.
