We’re working with a fantastic education charity who are looking for a Survey Coordinator to join their team on a short term basis (3-5 month FTC). You’ll support staff with designing, building and managing stakeholder and customer online surveys, leading on each of these stages as required. You’ll monitor survey distribution and survey response, supporting the ongoing development of the charity’s survey reporting using Microsoft Power BI.
You’ll identify the survey needs of teams across the charity, whilst also managing the survey governance. You’ll carry out operational tasks to support the ongoing usage, improvement and implementation of the charity’s survey system. You’ll produce summary data analysis reports, incorporating recommendations and disseminating these effectively with staff at the charity.
