We are delighted to be working with Brooke on some very exciting new roles. We’ve worked with them since we launched and know the culture and team well, as such we are the only agency representing these positions. They have recently revamped their strategy and plan to build a strong team focused on delivering the best supporter experience. They are currently looking for a Supporter Engagement and Development Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract, paying circa £50,000.
Brooke is an animal welfare charity that protects and improves the lives of working donkeys, horses and mules that give people in the developing world the opportunity to work their way out of poverty.
This role will sit within the Supporter Engagement Team, where you’ll be focussing on creating digital, offline journeys and products that engage supporters at the level of engagement that they want with Brooke, and through their preferred mix of channels. You and your team will be responsible for delivering most ongoing supporter journeys – across all traditional and digital channels, designing and creating digital actions and non-digital activities that can develop and retain supporters, and managing regular giving and one-off donations.
