Supporter Care Co-Ordinator Full Time Permanent

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful health charity who are seeking a Supporter Care Co-Ordinator to be responsible for providing their individual supporters with excellent donor care and to support the development objectives of the charity of achieving substantial growth in the number of individuals who support the charity.
As part of the role, you will be an integral member of the team, acting as the first point of contact for the majority of supporters both on the phone, by email, and in the Fundraising Office within the charity. The Supporter Care Co-Ordinator will be responsible for processing donations from a number of sources, managing supporter enquiries, and issues effectively, and completing all necessary admin related to income.

You will need:

• Experience working in a charity fundraising team in a supporter care capacity or similar
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and social skills
• Strong organisational, attention to detail, accuracy, and planning skills and the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Experience working with Raiser’s Edge CRM or other fundraising databases or systems would be an advantage.

Salary: £25,000 – 27,000
Contract: Permanent Full time
