Supporter Acquisition Lead Full Time Permanent

We are looking for a Supporter Acquisition Lead to join a small, friendly and highly collaborative Individual Giving team at a renowned mental health charity. This is a brand-new role and is an exciting opportunity to develop the team and wider programme of work.

This role will focus on digital fundraising, innovative media planning, new product development and outstanding creative execution across multiple audiences and channels that maximise engagement. You’ll help scope and develop strategies for supporter acquisition by exploring new ideas and approaches. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of two to develop and deliver a robust programme of activity.

You will need:

• Extensive direct marketing knowledge in planning and managing multi-channel campaigns
• Experience of developing digital and offline programmes to recruit and engage new supporters
• Strong leadership, management and team building skills to deliver annual plans

Closing date: Rolling

Working hours: full time 35 hours per week

Salary: £46,000 – £48,000

Location: Hybrid working linked to Ewell/London offices
