We are pleased to be working for a well-known national health charity who are in search of a Senior Retention Manager to join their successful Individual Giving team. This is an organisation who are dedicated to supporting and providing the best care to those affected by this health-condition, as well as funding critical research in hope of finding treatment where no harm will reach individuals.
This organisation would consider someone working from either London (and South-East) or be regionally/home-based.
As part of your role as Senior Retention Manager, you will be responsible for managing two members of staff and leading all retention and development of existing supporters for the charity. This is an essential role to the organisation to ensure supporters are receiving the best experience, and maximising opportunities to fund the crucial work that they do. You will be leading on the development and implementation of the retention strategy, and supporter journey through various offline and digital channels.
