Senior Philanthropy Engagement Officer (12 month contract) Contract Full Time

Delighted to be working with an International Development charity to recruit a Senior Engagement Officer for a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role will lead the development and delivery of a mid-value supporter programme, managing the unique needs of donors giving between £1,000-£10,000.

This opportunity will drive forward strategy for the programme, working with senior leaderships, fundraising and engagement team leads across the charity, to maximise income and deliver best possible experience for donors. It will also track and report progress, adjust approaches accordingly and project manage engagement with this strategically important audience.

The successful postholder will have experience:

• Fundraising within individual giving/mid value income streams
• Project managing and delivering effective donor cultivation and stewardships journeys
• Utilising donor insight for campaign development, managing and reporting on campaign budgets and undertaking analysis
• Briefing and negotiating with agencies and in-house design and comms teams

Salary: £45,411

Hours: Full-time or compressed hours considered

Location: London office with hybrid working (1-2 days pw)
