Senior Partnership Development Manager – work from anywhere (UK) Full Time Permanent

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Teenage Cancer Trust to join its Corporate Partnerships Team to develop and implement the national new business strategy. This role will join the charity during a very exciting time of growth, and will line manage 3 Partnership Development Managers, supporting them to build significant senior-level relationships which result in a healthy pipeline of major new corporate partnership opportunities.
This opportunity will balance management of a passionate and creative team alongside active fundraising and securing transformative six-figure strategic partnerships with national brands and organisations.

The successful candidate will proven abilities in:

• Building compelling cases for support that can be translated into pitches, proposals and written applications, securing six-figure partnerships
• Cultivating partnerships with businesses to maximise income and deliver against internal and external KPIs
• Strategic and Collaborative thinking that allows for sharing best practice, corporate knowledge and skills across the charity
• Line Managing individuals, encouraging professional development and supporting them to reach financial and personal KPIs

Salary: £45,611 (plus £4,558 LW if hybrid)
Location: Entirely remote or hybrid contract with weekly office presence available
Contract type: Full-Time, Part-time and compressed hours can be considered
