We are working with a fantastic charity to recruit their next Senior Membership Manager, working as part of the senior management team you will play a pivotal role within the charity, collaborating with other departments to develop cross organisational opportunities and relationships.
Main duties for the Senior Membership Manager
Lead and develop a team of 2
Create membership strategy
Review products and offering
Create and manage budget, income and expenditure
Working across the organisation to build effective relationships
You will have:
Good knowledge and understanding of membership practices
Strong management and development skills
Excellent relationship building and presentation skills
Good data and technology skills
