Senior Individual Giving Officer Full Time Permanent

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful health charity who are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to join their team, this role can be done on a 6, 9 or 12 month basis as the organisation implements a new CRM. Working closely with all members of Individual Giving as well as the wider charity team and external donors and supporters.
As part of the role, you will lead direct marketing campaigns using a variety of different channels and propositions, to help acquire and retain donors. And you’ll make an important contribution to the Individual Giving team’s overall objectives. All your work will help increase net income for the charity, fund ground-breaking research and provide vital support.

You will need:

• Proven experience of end-to-end management of integrated direct marketing campaigns, through offline and online channels, preferably in a fundraising environment
• Experience of developing relationships with supporters/customers to grow engagement and loyalty.
• Good organisational and workload management skills, with the ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines.

Salary: £34,000 – £38,000
Contract: Permanent Full time
Location: Hybrid – Home working and London office
