We’re excited to working with a medical charity who are looking for a Membership Manager to join their successful team, this is fantastic step up for someone looking to move into their first management role. You will be responsible for improving member experience by evolving a stewardship strategy, working closely with a number of internal stakeholders. You will lead on the day-to-day management of supporter/ member relationships, creating engaging communications.
Project managing membership retention and marketing campaigns, you will work closely with other teams to identify opportunities, for cross selling products. Responsible for analysing performance of campaigns, identifying key trends and making improvements continuously.

Salary: £31,700 – £35,200
