Interim Deputy Director of Relationship Fundraising Contract Full Time

We are thrilled to once again be working with the innovative team at Teenage Cancer Trust on recruitment for an Interim Deputy Director of Relationship Fundraising role to join them for a one-year maternity contract. This role will have overall accountability for delivery of all areas of Relationship Fundraising including Music & Entertainment, Philanthropy, Community Fundraising, Corporate, and Trusts. Working collaboratively with fellow Deputy Directors this role will ensure objectives, processes and support are in place to enable the Engagement Directorate to deliver on its strategy and meet income targets of £10mil.

This role line manages 5 Head of departments, and will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration and constructive challenge across teams to ensure cross-departmental relationship building is being utilised efficiently and successes jointly celebrated.
The successful candidate will proven abilities in:

• Effective Leadership of a relationship fundraising function (ideally including philanthropy and corporate partnerships), innovation and driving significant income growth across a multi-million pound portfolio
• Developing strategic plans and turning these into cohesive operational plans with clearly identified and managed risks
• Setting, Managing and delivering against significant budgets and KPIs
• Line Managing teams with the ability to inspire, unite and motivate a diverse team

Salary: £68,656
Location: Hybrid with weekly travel to Central London office
Contract type: Full-Time, Part-time and compressed hours can be considered
