A well-regarded animal-focused charity is currently looking for a Senior Regional Fundraising Executive to work home-based with regular travel (and occasional London Head Office working). This is a great opportunity to work for a charity whose support has been growing consistently over the years and you will work within an ambitious and enthusiastic team.
This role will manage the charity’s fundraising activities across both Wales and the South West of England, growing their network of volunteer fundraising groups and maximising their fundraising potential by providing excellent stewardship and training.
You will create/deliver a volunteer recruitment and stewardship plan alongside leading on the charity’s involvement in large-scale external mass participation events, including the London Marathon. You will also be responsible for managing your own expenditure budget and forecasting monthly income.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering against targets in community fundraising, managing an income and expenditure budget alongside full fundraising campaigns and events (including delivery of the accompanying marketing strategies). You should be able to show experience in recruiting and stewarding volunteers, expanding regional volunteer groups and maximising income from associated fundraising activities.

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000
