Head of Trusts & Foundations Full Time Permanent

I am thrilled to be working with the amazing Soil Association, as they look for a fantastic Head of Trusts & Foundations to join their high-performing and donor-focused team. Soil Association campaign for change, support farming innovation, serve healthy food in communities, support and grow the organic market and protect forests.

You will work with the Head of Programme Funding to develop & deliver a Trusts & Foundation strategy, with the aim to reach & exceed financial targets and grow income from charitable trusts and statutory funders. You will be creating opportunities to build meaningful relationships with existing supporters, as well as exploring all opportunities to grow income from new Trusts & Foundations.

You will need:

• Experience of planning and developing fundraising strategies
• Experience of writing and creating compelling trust and statutory funding applications from complex programme information
• Experience of managing and leading teams

Deadline: Reviewed as rolling
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000
Location: Bristol with hybrid working or home-based
Hours: 22.5 – 37.5
