Head of Trusts and Foundations Permanent

We are thrilled to be working with an International Development charity that is looking for a Head of Trusts and Foundations to join its growing and successful team. This part-time role will be instrumental in raising funds for the expansion of the charity’s strategic programmes, in areas such as Climate change, gender-based violence, and Leadership for girls and young women.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive you will be responsible for leading on the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy, engaging and securing global Trust and Foundation partnerships.  This role will identify prospects that match the charity’s vision, monitor and review the strategy, ensure it remains relevant and respond to external trends to deliver the income required to fulfil its goals.

You will need to demonstrate the following;

• Proven successful track record in negotiating and securing significant (six or seven-figure) international Trust and Foundation partnerships
• Success in developing new funding relationships, building compelling cases for support and influencing stakeholders
• Experience in working with senior fundraising volunteers and volunteer-led committees at a strategic level
• A passion and commitment for issues affecting girls and young women on a global level

Salary; £50,000-£60,000 pro rata

Contract; Part-time – 14-21 hours per week

Location; London, NW3 – hybrid working model
