Fundraising Database Executive (12 month contract) Contract Full Time

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful health charity who are looking for a talented and proactive Fundraising Database Executive to manage their new Raiser’s Edge CRM and ensure effective and compliant adoption across Fundraising and Communications.
As part of the role, you will work closely with internal staff and external contacts to collect and manage data that enables teams to fundraise effectively. Data is at the heart of their fundraising, and you will manage the database and all data processes with external agencies, using data to analyse trends, helping fundraising teams improve donor relationships

You will need:

• Considerable experience of using all aspects of a customer relationship management database to run queries and reports
• Proven experience in managing contact information and financial data
• Evidence of strong organisational skills; methodical in approach, with the ability to juggle many tasks at once and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
• Demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, access) and the internet to produce fundraising reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and presentation documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to develop effective working relationships with people at all levels internally and externally.

Salary: £ 35,000
Contract: 12-month contract
Location: Hybrid – Home working and London office
