Fundraising and Partnerships Lead

We are thrilled to be seeking an amazing Fundraising & Partnerships Lead, for the incredible Save the Rhino International, to fill an exciting new position within their small but impactful team. Save the Rhino exists to ensure all five rhino species thrive in the wild, and they do this by working with incredible people across the globe to protect rhinos and grow their numbers by addressing wildlife trafficking and securing and expanding their range.

As the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead, you will work closely with the CEO and act as a key member of the Management Team, providing oversight on maximising existing funding channels, as well as testing new areas and building new relationships. You will also manage and inspire two direct line reports, providing strategic oversight and direction whilst working closely  with colleagues across the organisation to deliver on targets.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and drive public fundraising income through partnerships, individual giving, legacies and community fundraising and work across the team to deliver success.

To be the new Fundraising and Partnerships Lead at SRI, you will need:

  • A proven track record of results in the areas of public fundraising and partnerships
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship development, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels to negotiate, manage and inspire
  • Experience of mentoring and building teams, alongside leading and embedding change

Deadline: 5th February 2024
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
Location: London, Hybrid
Working Pattern: Permanent, full-time (35 hours)
