Event Fundraiser Full Time Permanent

It’s brilliant to once again be working with a leading national ovarian cancer charity to recruit a new Events Fundraiser to join their passionate and growing team. This role will be instrumental in maximising income and ensuring the charity continues to reach its goals and ambitious targets.

This opportunity will manage participation in third party events such as the London Marathon, including organising volunteer cheering squads and receptions. It also recruits and engages with supporters and volunteers, providing excellent supporter care and fundraising inspiration, helping participants achieve and exceed fundraising targets.

Successful candidate with have proven experience in:

• Leading on a charity’s participation in third part mass participation events
• Supporting on sponsorship targets and delivering excellent supporter care
• Working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders

Deadline: as soon as possible

Location: fortnightly presence in office – Islington, London

Salary: £28,000

Working Hours: Full-time, can consider Part-time (4 days) or compressed hours of working
