Digital Fundraising Officer Full Time Permanent

We are working with St Mungo’s to find their next Digital Fundraising Officer. We love this team and the organisation and this is a great opportunity for someone to springboard their career in digital fundraising

For the last 50 years, St Mungo’s has been at the forefront of efforts to tackle homelessness. The Digital Fundraising Officer will play a key role in improving St Mungo’s digital fundraising activity by improving its website and donation processes.

You will be analytical and proactive to drive audience-led insight, create multi-channel user journeys and make recommendations on how to improve digital performance within Individual Giving and the wider fundraising team.

St Mungo’s is looking for someone who can attend their office 1-2 days a week and offer a very flexible approach to working hours, with an amazing annual leave package.

You will need:

– Demonstrable experience of developing online content using WordPress, or a similar system, utilising SEO & Google Analytics and other reporting software to analyse and monitor web data
– Experience using an email marketing platform to build, send and report on supporter/client email programmes
– Experience using social media in a professional setting and familiarity with best practice & latest trends
 

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Working pattern: Full-time, will consider 4 days pw
Location: London office 1-2 days a week
