CRM Technical Officer Contract Full Time

We’re working with a wonderful environmental charity who are looking for a CRM Technical Officer to join their team on a 6 month FTC. You’ll provide operational support for their Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, as well as preparing and executing SQL queries. You’ll gather requirements for system enhancements and work with the team to deliver continuous improvements to the CRM system, also delivering BAU as directed by the CRM schedule.

You’ll perform checks on the quality and accuracy of data before processing, whilst liaising with system users to understand their key processes and map these to the system. You’ll develop SSIS packages and data templates in Excel to process marketing lists and campaigns. You’ll support the Insight and Data Management teams with any data cleaning and sharing inconsistencies identified whilst undertaking data uploads.

You will need:

• Experience of working with CRM systems
• Experience using and building SQL queries, SSIS and MS Dynamics 365
• Exposure to supporting and administering a database system
• Experience working in the third sector
