We’re working with a fantastic education charity who are looking for a CRM Development Officer to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll lead on small technical projects and support larger technical projects to improve and develop CRM features, providing technical assistance and supporting any CRM related issues. You’ll work with the charity’s staff to understand their business needs and identify appropriate improvements to CRM features.
You’ll develop, manage and maintain standard operating procedures, as well as testing and quality assuring developments and changes to the CRM. You’ll support data quality within the CRM, assisting with imports from others systems into the CRM, as well as supporting the charity’s staff to generate CRM reports, producing specific reports when required. This is a role that will be visible across the organisation and will require excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
