We’re working with a wonderful education charity who are looking for a Business and Process Analyst to join their team. You’ll establish business processes, creating process documentation and provide user training for various teams across the organisation utilising their CRM. You’ll establish end-to-end business processes for a range of teams and identify improvements to existing processes and systems.
You’ll also provide ongoing training and support to the charity’s staff on the processes they are responsible for as well as develop training materials, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of CRM systems to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also work with the Business Analytics team to understand and document data processes to find agreed solutions for the reduction in manual processes.
